Volunteer: Spring Clean Up - Trim for safe travelJoin us to clean up the neighborhood surrounding the Seattle Lighthouse, and increase travel accessibility for individuals who are blind and DeafBlind in our community! During this time of the year, bushes are overgrown, leaves and dirt pile up on the sidewalks and ramps that are used as navigation markers by employees who are blind and DeafBlind to get around the area. We will be cleaning up those parts of the sidewalk to increase accessibility for individuals who use those routes. We will start our clean up at the sidewalk ramps in front of the Seattle Lighthouse building and then make our way around the surrounding streets clearing debris.
